Hello friends!! Today I have a quickie salad for you that I just made myself for dinner. Hope you enjoy it!
- 1 - 2 TbspShredded lowfat cheddar cheese
- dash of Red pepper
- 1-2 Tbsp sliced almonds
- 3-5 shredded or sliced baby carrots
- 2 Slices of chicken, torn (I used chipotle chicken)
- Chipotle ranch dressing
1. Mix ingredients together.
