Hello Readers! Every year during the holiday season, I try to find the perfect recipe for Easter dessert. Last year it was orange cookies. While I could have tweaked that recipe by using another type of extract (i.e. lemon, vanilla or almond) instead of orange, I wanted to try something new and a bit simpler, especially since I already knew I would also be making the Easter nests below. The good news is that the recipe I made is a crowd-pleaser.
Usually, I adapt recipes for the blog since I usually adapt recipes to my tastes, but today instead I am linking this recipe since I didn't make any changes. I would however consider adding more lemon extract to the recipe or switching the lemon extract for lemon juice and/or lemon zest.
