Brown Sugar Glazed or Herb Glazed Carrots


Okay, this recipe from a BHG cookbook is the last of my veggie side dish solutions...for now.  I just really like finding delicious and healthy side dishes.  Personally, I prefer the brown sugar glazed recipe (pictured) but the other one is good too for variety.  This recipe is so easy ...especially if you have baby carrots already in your fridge.  Bon appetit!
