Baked/Roasted Zucchini

I love quick and easy vegetable side dishes, especially when I don't feel like cooking.   And so I am linking to a favorite baked zucchini recipe from here. Just pop these little guys in the oven and wait for them to cook while you're making the rest of your meal.  I used an upscale Parm from Garden of Eden and was not disappointed.  Please be advised that sometimes these zucchini come out crispier than they did in the picture.
